Utilities folder gone!!

Hi,
    I upgraded the firmware on my N95 the other day (god knows why)!  Since I did so I have no utilities folder in my 'tools' folder?  I am trying to put my contacts as a shortcut on the 'desktop' as it has been changed since the upgrade to a 'music jukebox' shortcut which I dont want!!  All the help sections tell me to go to 'tools' then 'utilities'.... you see my problem?!!  Anyone help with the utilities folder or how I can change the shortcuts on my main screen? thanks.

from which version to which version did u upgrade?

did u change from V30....... to V31?
