I bounght a Vodafone locked N95 8GB last night from a mate at work who got it as an upgrade. Unlocked through FoneFunShop - £35, really expensive, but paid through paypal and had the unlock code via email in 1 hour. You have to use their website to complete the process once you pay the money, but it is quite easy (all instructions provided by email). Really impressed with the ease and speed (website said 1 to 3 working days), but it should be fast and easy for £35!.
For reference, the instructions say to put the code into the phone without a SIM, and if this fails, then put in the (locked) SIM and then try again. In my expereience it did fail without the SIM, but then was fine on the second attempt with my O2 SIM. Completely unlocked now. This might be of interest to people who have exhausted a few unlock attempts. You only get 5 - I would try it with the SIM inserted first, they try without if it does not work.
