I had to replace my nokia n95 through orange care, and had not downloaded the key that I should have.
I then thought I had to pay for it again, and when I did was charged twice.
I cannot seem to get my money back from the company concerned, cany any one help with any ideas on how I can retrieve my money back from openbit.

This seems to be a common problem cropping up - people buying the navigation upgrade(s) and then replacing their handsets...

All I can suggest is that you contact smart2go themselves via the contact form at http://www.smart2go.com/en/help/bug_report and ask them how to go about getting a replacement licence key for the software...?

I would also be very interested to hear how you and anyone else get's on with this problem as it seems a few people are also having the same problem. Angry

I have  a new license key for the second time, it seems that it is a company called open bit that run the billing and licence keys for nokia. But they do not have a number to call, any one have an idea on how to get hold of them. by e mail it seems to take days.

I am currently investigating the License Key issues, both for navigation updates, and for City Guides purchases.

This is a new system, and will have some teething pains which we bleeding-edge adopters must (unfortunately) suffer... sigh.
