N95 battery last only 6 hours

Hello!
I have recently changed my n95 screen (it was broken) and housing (including the bottom part with microphone and antenna). And now everything works fine, except my battery lasts only 6 hours...why is that, there are only two connectors, where did i made a mistake? Oh yea and the lights for the keyboard are also not working, but that does not botter me...Does anybody know what is wrong?
