How do you transfer music?

Ive tried to transfer music onto my phone using nokia music manager - however i get it in my collection - my phone is on pc suite option, but when i try to transfer to fone it says there is no memory. However i have a 1gb memory card, AND all of the phones memory. How can i get it so it is transferred
When i go option settings and brose where on the phone it be stored it just says \ and doesnt let me type anything in. When i press browse, i cant make a new file

I had problems too, Nokia N95 8GB. I connect the phone to the pc via USB cable, and transfer (copy)music into the Nokia Phone Browser listed under My Computer. I don't use the Nokia Software. Good luck.
