Hi all, i'll leave you here the update to v5.00.40

Garmin Mobile XT for Symbian S60 3rd Edition software version 5.00.40 as of March 11, 2009

Changes made from version 5.00.30 to 5.00.40:

Provide location format selection for coordinates.
Correct picture viewer to show multiple photos in Travel Guide.

Connect your phone in data transfer and run the program to install it on your phone.
When installed disconect mobile and go to file mgr on mobile and click on the garminxt .sis in e memory to install it. When installed thats it. You now have v.40.

Tested upgrading from v5.00.30 on my N95 8GB and i've read upgrading from v 5.00.00 also works. Cant guarantee from versions 5.00.10 or 5.00.20, cos i dont know. If any one does will they leave a message please.

and do you also extract it because when you try to do it like you said and press setup it says is corrupted

when you download from garmin save on computer click on icon and follow instructions on screen i have never seen any corrupt notices, i would re download and try again it unzips itself when you click on it. As for E memory it`s your mass memory on 8gb or memory card on old n95 use file manager in tools and press right on navigation key to access.

thx a lot for the fast reply , when i downloaded it to ,ma phone and everything it asks for activation code and when i do it it says error sumthing lyk tha and it says there is no maps !:S

Hiyah sarmand2 , you do know that this is an upgrade and not the garmin xt program, no ?

Hi you need to install the base map, support files and detailed mapping then unlock the software with keygen for it to work. If you haven`t done any of this then go to the sat nav page and the how to install version 4.20.20 post, follow yamster`s instructions then upgrade to ver 5.00.40.
