Deteriorating picture quality

Hi All,

Initially my N95 Classic used to click decent pictures in daylight. But as of now, the sharpness and the contrast are completely lost. The following 2 pics might give you an idea.





Also there is a small spot on the top-right hand.

Any solutions to get the cam quality back as it was earlier and also to get rid of the spot?
