Just looking at the n96 and i see it comes with the bbc mobile i-player installed as standard this sound cool does anyone know when it`s avaliable or where to get it?  |

BBC mobile i-player available for nokia n95 8gb. download it from http://www.bbc.co.uk/mobile/iplayer/iplayer.wgz I've not tested it as i live in spain and the bast**ds at bbc only alow its use in england. so i cant guarentee it works. Once anyone has tried it please put a message saying if it works or not. Enjoy. |

just as an afterthought, i didnt say that i had the program installed and working fine, appart from when i click to watch something then i get the message about been abroad and unable to view it. CAN I DO SOMETHING TO MY PHONE SO IT THIKS I'M IN ENGLAND OR AT LEAST NOT OUT OF IT?

Works a treat. Installs fine and works i`m on three uk and they let you use it for free as long as you have the internet max add on.

also works a treat on the N95-1. installed it..you have to go into file manager and then look for the widget folder and click on iplayer, it will then run the installer, doing it from pc suite only puts it on phone it doesnt install it automatically for you..
but all the same it works onced installed..

would i be able to get this on mine as its only on v.14.0.001 of software checked my product code on the nokia website an it said that was the highest availble my phone is on t-mobile i think its branded as i have read on sum previous posts dont fancy unlocking it jus yet as its still under warrenty its a 95-1 rm -159

Cant see why not mate, but you cant do any dammage by trying, if for whatever reason it doesnt, then de-install it if you prefere not to upgrade. Let us know how you get on.  |
